Phase 7a Abatement
March 17, 2011: Adoption of an Order for Abatement directing the City of Los Angeles to implement an additional 3.1 square miles of Best Available Control Measures for control of PM10 emissions from the dried bed of Owens Lake (known as the "Phase 7a" project).
